I finished my first Cablenet sock on Saturday night! I was so excited to show it to my friend C when I visited her on Sunday, that I wore it with a, lets say, coordinating sock.
On the left, my own pattern Socks that Rock Mediumweight in Rooster Rock. On the right, my new Cablenet sock in Socks that Rock Lightweight Sunstone.
C really liked the look. She thought more of us should be wearing coordinating socks instead of just boring old matching socks! What do you think? I suppose I'll go on and make the second sock. Just in case I want to match ;)

They do coordinate well! But the Cablenet is so pretty in that bright color, I really think you should make it's mate. They go well with your new scarf, too!

I'm loving that cablenet sock in that color! I have some sunstone in my stash and it's just so cheerful!

Hi Kristy! I just saw your post on the Rockin' Sock Club blog. I'm also in the Princeton area, a little north in Montgomery actually. Which LYS do you frequent?

First of all, I LOVE those shoes. Secondly, the sunstone is gorgeous. Positively glowing. Beautiful socks. Coordinating is the way to go!

I second my old chum JulieFrick on the shoe front. But what I really wanted to say was: Yay! I KNEW I could count on you having something lovely to show today! Can't wait to get me mitts on some of that Sunstone!
